When you promote your products via Digistore24, the platform handles all payments and commissions.
Here’s an overview of the payment methods and payment terms for affiliates:
Payment Methods
Digistore24 offers affiliates multiple payout options, including:
Bank Transfer (SEPA): For affiliates with a bank account in Europe. PayPal: A widely-used and convenient option for affiliates worldwide. Check Payment: Available for some regions if other methods are unavailable. Other Country-Specific Methods: Depending on your affiliate’s location, Digistore24 may offer additional payment options. Payment Terms
Affiliates earn a percentage of the sale (in this case, 60%) based on the product price and funnel structure. Digistore24 automatically calculates and tracks commissions for every affiliate. Digistore24 pays affiliates on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on their chosen settings and country. Payments are typically processed on Tuesdays. To account for refunds or chargebacks, Digistore24 applies a holding period (usually 7-14 days) before releasing affiliate commissions. This ensures that affiliates are paid only for confirmed sales. Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must meet a minimum payout threshold (e.g., $50) to receive their earnings. If the threshold isn’t met, the commission rolls over to the next payout period. Payments are typically made in USD or the currency specified during the affiliate’s account setup. Additional Notes
Refunds and Chargebacks: If a customer requests a refund or a chargeback occurs, Digistore24 deducts the corresponding commission from the affiliate’s account. Affiliate Dashboard: Affiliates can track their earnings, payment status, and payout history directly in the Digistore24 affiliate dashboard. By using Digistore24, you ensure a seamless and transparent payment process for your affiliates, which helps build trust and encourages them to continue promoting your products.
